We value your satisfaction and strive to deliver fresh, high-quality floral arrangements and gifts every time.
Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Fresh Flower Orders

All our flower arrangements are made to order using fresh blooms.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the flowers have been delivered.

However, if you experience any issue such as:

Damaged flowers upon delivery

Incorrect order (wrong product or color)

Flowers not matching the quality described

Please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with a photo of the received product.
We will review your case and, if approved, arrange for a replacement or partial refund.

2. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled or modified only if they have not yet been prepared or dispatched.

Cancellation requests must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time.

Once an order is in process or out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Customized arrangements or special orders

Same-day delivery orders (after dispatch)

Items on sale or promotion

Gift items that have been used or opened

4. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Delivery charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was on our part.

5. Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

Contact us within 2 hours of delivery.

Send us clear photos of the issue.

Once verified, we’ll arrange a free replacement as soon as possible.
